  1. Pick-ups are generally done between 11am-7pm (Mon-Sat) in weekdays
  2. Charges are non-negotiable
  3. Estimated cost may vary, amount mentioned on the invoice will be considered the final payable amount
  4. Customers are requested to sign the order form with design and preferences mentioned on it as agreed design and preference
  5. Once your order has gone into production any change in design not mentioned and agreed by you on order form will result in alteration charge to be paid by you
  6. Any order cancelled after fabric being picked up from you will result in pickup and delivery charges
  7. Customers are required to provide their best fit garment similar to the garment to be made to ascertain the fit required by you
  8. Since your garment is handmade and not machine-made, slight variations in the fit of two finished garments produced with the same body measurements may occur, but are generally not noticeable
  9. Off cuts will be thrown away or recycled and costumer has no obligation to ask them back
  10. iDarzi.pk does not keep customer garments for more than 30 days due to non payment. Any garment pending for more than 30 days for non payment will be donated to a charity. iDarzi once all will not be liable for any garment donated and the advance if given will be forfeited
  11. Cancellation are processed within 15 Days from the date of cancellation acceptance


  1. Standard delivery time is 4-8 working days.it may vary depending on various circumstances
  2. Delivery Date of an order is calculated from the date order was picked on
  3. We cannot commit a delivery time but the date of delivery as the delivery is being done by a 3rd party contracted logistics company
  4. Free delivery is applicable only on first attempt at delivery. Please have someone available to receive the delivery in your absence. If you want to reschedule the delivery, please call us 1 day in advance to change the delivery date
  5. Garments not collected within one month of delivery date will be donated to a charity organization unless it is an informed delay in acceptance of the delivery


  1. You should report your fitting issues within 7 days from the date of delivering your order by filling complain form on your costumer panel
  2. If the fit of your garment is not per agreed specification, we’ll alter the garment
  3. We only cater to 1 free alteration in a garment stitched by us. If any changes are required by the customer after 1st alteration will be chargeable
  4. We offer no refunds in any case, as we sell custom-made services. According to international law, as we cannot reuse or resell the product (the item having been especially made for the individual according to their custom design), there is no resale value, and thus we are not required to accept returns
  5. Prices for our service/product are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of products or the Service
  6. Any order that you place shall be subject to the restrictions and limitations not limited to, product availability and serviceable areas only

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it as described in this privacy policy. We use a variety of current technologies and processes designed to secure your information. And you can unsubscribe from our email and postal mailing lists at any time. We collect the information from you when you register yourself on iDarzi.pk. This personal information collected from you is used to process your transactions and to respond to your customer service requests. This will be under our safe custody & we do not sell or trade or share your personal information to third parties.

Personal information within user accounts, including purchase history, is protected by a password for your privacy and security. The Company employs numerous administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to assist in protecting the personal information we collect against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. We use industry standard firewalls and encryption, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, to protect sensitive billing information during the authorization process. When you enter your credit card information during our checkout and billing process, although we store that information for ease of future use, it is encrypted for your privacy.

We further suggest that all users safeguard their own account username and password and not share that information with anyone. If users are concerned about misuse of their identity within the Services, or are using a shared device, users should make an effort to log out as often as necessary. We will never ask for your password via email and users should report any such inquiry. iDarzi meets or exceeds the standards generally accepted by the industry within which it operates in regards to the protection of personal information. However, no electronic transmission of information can be executed with absolute certainty that a failure or breach will not occur. Company cannot guarantee that the security measures in place to safeguard personal information will never be defeated or fail, or that those measures will always be sufficient or effective.
