However, if the delivered product is not as per the order specification, we shall arrange for reverse pick up of the product, get it altered and re-delivered at no additional charge. However, if the product needs to be altered because of customer change of mind or alterations to the customer's body measurements during the course of the order, the customer has to bear the charge of alteration and logistics.

No, we do not send any representative to your house for any measurements. For measurements you should provide a perfectly fitting attire of yours and we will replicate those measurements on newly stitch suit
Yes, Multiple fits can be maintained and you can select a particular fit for your dress at the time of ordering
One can only amend before cutting process. Once the fabric is cut no amendment can be entertained

It depends usually upon the type of garment being stitch. Usually it takes 3 to 8 days from pickup date to delivery.
At the time of order, you can mention pickup and delivery address separately. If it’s not mentioned separately then pickup address would be taken as default address.
You can change your address anytime while the dress is being stitched by contacting our customer support team at Once the stitched dress has been shipped, then the address cannot be changed and we shall not be responsible for any losses or expenses incurring due to this change.

Cancellation of any order is permissible before the product enters the production stage. In case if services are used for purchase of fabrics and other raw materials to be used in the order, cancellation is permissible prior to the purchase of such materials.
